Family Constellations Workshop – Vaughan, GTA

This will be a group session. During the session the participants will have a chance to experience their own work or to participate in so called systemic movements.
If you feel like there is something holding you back from your healthy and successful life, and you are ready to work on it, Family Constellations might be the method to look at the root cause of the problem.

Root Causes of Problems. In most cases the root of a problem is located in the families’ past. Many illnesses and other life challenges are caused by a past trauma.
During Workshop. There will be a short introductory lecture, explaining about the work. After that we will be performing various systemic exercises, and also everyone will get a chance to work on his/her own request.
