A Little Tool for Self-Facilitation

I’d like to offer this little tool to you I use myself, when I am in some stubborn condition, and nothing seems to work, and there is no facilitator to work on the issue. This might be helpful to work on any symptom, physical or emotional, may be even on some repetitive circumstances.Let’s say you are experiencing a strong sadness and nothing helps. Instead of trying to push it away, take a little paper and write on it Sadness. Use your native language. Hold this paper, look at it. At the beginning you might feel even worse, be patient, keep holding your paper and looking at it. Relax, breathe. After a while I find the condition improves. Sometimes it improves right away.

I usually keep my papers and hold them from time to time.

This is also looks like a very practical thing to me. If you, for example, have an important meeting and experience strong fear of talking to people you do not know, you can simply take your little paper with you. Writing down “Fear of strangers” on it, feeling it before the meeting and taking it with you might do the magic.

Very often our symptoms appear because someone was excluded from the family due to some past traumatic event. By giving this soul a physical body (a paper) and by looking at it, you actually include the person back into the family. With love. This is why the symptom improves.
