How goodness turns into aggression.

Opening Your Heart to Victims +
Closing Your Heart to Aggressors/Murderers =
Becoming an Aggressor/Murderer Yourself
This simple formula is not really obvious. We usually feel sorry for victims and reject seeing aggressors.

If in a family was a victim/aggressor-murderer situation in the past, then seeing the victims only (not the aggressors) causes aggression to accumulate. Because, at first, we get what we fight with, and in this case the fight is against aggression. And this opponent is too powerful, no chance powerful. Unless accepting it instead of fighting. And because at certain point we start feeling that we are ready to kill an aggressor if a victim needs help, because the victim suffers a lot. And who we become after that? Again, we become what we fight with and our best feelings and the cleanest desires turn into something we do not expect at all.
(All this understanding I got from the Bert Hellinger’s books and family constellation work).
