Group sessions are for people, interested in working on their personal matters, like health, relationships, repetitive life patterns and situations, professional or business life.
Sessions are conducted in groups, where participants get a chance to either work on their own request or to be a helper (representative).

Family Constellations History
Family Constellations Systemic Therapy is about 40 years old method founded by a German theologian, philosopher and psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. This method is very popular in Europe, Asia, and South America. It is fairly new to Canada. The origin of this name, Family Constellations, comes from the very beginning, as the method was mostly working with the client’s family system. Now the method keeps growing and developing, and Family Constellations is not exactly the name to describe the method, but this is how people call it. The other names are Family & Systemic Constellations, Soul Constellations, Spirit Mind Constellations. Also there are new approaches to it, like Organizational Constellations, focusing on organizational systems health.
